What we collect
If you take the assessment: your name, work email, firm name, title, firm size, state, and your answers. If you join the waitlist: your email and, optionally, your name and organization. The site also uses Google Analytics to measure aggregate usage, like which pages get visited.
What we do with it
Two things. Your answers are used to build your scorecard, which you see immediately and receive by email with a private, shareable link. Our team may follow up with you personally about your results and whether advisory help makes sense. That is the whole list.
What we never do
Your information is never sold, and never shared with third parties for their marketing. There is no bulk email list you are silently added to.
Where it lives
The site runs on Vercel. Submissions are stored in Airtable. Scorecard emails are sent through Resend. Usage measurement is Google Analytics.
Deletion
Want your record deleted? Email contact@getaicompliant.org from the address you submitted with, and it will be removed.
